Accommodation:
Published rates for hotel and Nile cruises generally based on the following:
Single room or cabin = 1 person (one bed)
Double room or cabin = 2 persons (two beds or large king size bed)
Triple room or cabin = 3 persons (two beds + extra bed)
Suite: (depend on each hotel or cruise facilities and space)
Connected rooms or specially requested booking
Most of the hotels and Nile cruises charge supplement for connected rooms and will be subject for availability, it will be case by case during your booking process and any other special requests like ( view – floor – size beds or others ) of your hotel or cruise booking, it will be case by case and subject for hotel policy
Travel Package: Prices quoted per person per package in USD includes accommodation, transfers, tours, entrance fees, guiding and meals if included and exclude (international flight booking – entry visa to Egypt – personal costs – extra entrance fees like inside pyramids or mummies hall at Egyptian Museum
Sleeping train:
Sleeping trains only offer single and double cabins, triple cabins not available so in case of 3 persons we should book single + double cabins, so they not accept any triple cabins
Any cancellation for any issued train ticket is non-refundable
Flight Booking:
All airlines tickets are subject to supplemental price increases that may be imposed after the date of purchase due to each airlines instruction or any price-changing due to fuel surcharges, taxes, and fluctuations in foreign exchange markets
Domestic flight has many categories in economy class depend on available seats, so early booking will give us chance to get the best rates and times

07-10 persons will be minibus 14 seats
11-16 persons will be minibus 20 seats
17-28 persons will be minibus 33 seats
29-34 persons will be minibus 37 seats

Up to 4 years old will be free of charge
From 4-11.99 years old will be 50 % of adult`s rate
Hurghada, Sharm El Sheikh, and other beach vacation cities
Up to 6 years old will be free of charge
From 6-11.99 years old will be 50 % of adult`s rate
Some hotels offer first child up to 11, 99 years free of charge (please check hotel children policy)
Travel Package and Nile Cruises package
Child up to 03.99 free of Charge
Child from 4-6 25% of total Adult`s cost
Child from 6-11.99 50% of total Adult`s cost
Child over 12 years old is considered adult
Above is general policy but if you book a hotel or Nile cruise we will send its policy within confirmation as most of Egypt resorts in the red sea and Sinai gives different free Children
Sightseeing (Daily tours)
Child up to 3.99 free of charge
Child from 4 – 11.99 50 % of total tour Adult`s cost
Domestic flight
Child up to 1, 99 years old will be charged 15 % of adult cost
Child from 2-11, 99 years old will be charged 75 % of adult cost
Deposit:
Normal dates:
50 % of total cost of services within receiving the confirmation
50 % rest of payment will be cash upon arrival to Egypt
Peak dates: (Christmas – New Year from 18 Dec until 10 Jan)
75 % of total cost of services within receiving the confirmation
25 % rest of payment will be cash upon arrival to Egypt
Notes
Our company reserves the right to increase or decrease published prices without prior notice. Several factors may influence prices:
1- reserves the right to substitute Hotels or Nile Cruises of similar quality and standard if booked hotels or Nile cruises have the new situation or they advised us for the turn away due to overbooking
2- Governmental taxes increases
3- Fuel or currency fluctuations.
4- Airlines change fares
Tipping Policy:
Cairo & Nile Cruise tours 10 $ per person per day
Sharm or Hurghada tours only 05 $ per person per day
Payment Policy:
Early booking should be made as early as possible to book the desired hotels services, the booking will be secured upon receiving a deposit of 50 % during Normal dates and 75 % during peak dates and deposit is part of your final payment. Deposits can only be made by bank transfer or you may send via Western Union or by credit cards through moneybooker.com (Visa or Master card) and should be received within 7 days of booking maximum.
Booking change by Clients:
any booking amendment or change is subject to availability ( same booked hotels and cruises) and booking date but generally, domestic flight ticket issued will be charged as per on Egypt air rules

Trip2egypt.com has the full rights to change the schedule of itineraries due to any changed applied by airlines, Egypt monuments, authority, buses emergency cases, hotels, and Nile cruises, we will advise you as soon as possible and If confirmed hotels, Nile Cruise, packages and Sightseeing are no longer available prior to the arrival date, our company reserves the right to substitute them for similar standard and services.
Cancellation:
Cancellation should be received in writing a document by fax or email. If a tour participant cancels his/her reservation the following fees will be applied; If the cancellation is actually Received in writing to Trip To Egypt ( info@trip2egypt.com ) within 30 days of the confirmation dated is subject to 10 % of the total amount received as a transaction Bank Fees
In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:
Between 40 and 30 days, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged
Between 29 and 15 days, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged
Between 14 and 03 days, 75 % of the entire tour price will be charged
Between 02 and 00 days, 100 % of the entire tour price will be charged
No refunds are possible for No-Show
Christmas & New Year cancellation policy:(Starting December 18 to January 10)
60 days to 31 before arrival 50% of total price.
30 days to arrival day 100% of total price.
Cancellation charge to cover the following:

Booked domestic flights

Trip2egypt.com is acting travel company with our local suppliers within our booked accommodation and services and not responsible for rail airports , road, hotels , Nile cruise , airlines or any other convenience and assumes no liability for injury, illness, damage, loss accident, delay or irregularity to person or property resulting directly or indirectly from any of the following causes; -Weather, acts of God, force major, acts of government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, labor disputes, riots, theft, mechanical breakdowns, quarantines or acts of default, delays, cancellations or changes of any hotel, carrier, or restaurant. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expenses.
Travel Insurance:
Travel insurance cover is highly recommended during your dates of travel to have full protection especially the medical & health care. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, theft of luggage and or personal belongings or for personal injury, accidents and or illness. For your own protection, it is important that you have
